Refund Policy

We prioritize your satisfaction, and therefore, all plans purchased on the Work for India platform are refundable, subject to our refund policy guidelines.

How to request a refund:

Raise a support ticket on your dashboard by clicking the "Contact us" button and explaining your issue. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.

Use chat support on our website during business hours (Mon-Sat: 10am-6pm).

To be eligible for a refund:

Your purchase must be made within the last 30 days.

You must have at least one active job post for 3 days after your purchase.

Your profile should be verified and in compliance with Work for India policies. Learn more about our policies.


Corporate

If you bought the plan directly from our website

you are eligible for a 100% refund of the plan purchase amount.

If you purchased the plan through our sales team

The refund calculation is based on the number of days remaining in your plan's validity. However, this refund will be processed only if you have received responses from at least half of the committed responses for the plan purchased.


For example, if you have a ₹5000 plan with a 28-day validity, starting from 1st Oct to 28th Oct, and you request a refund on 15th Oct, the refund amount will be calculated for the remaining 13 days as follows: (5000/28) * 13 = ₹2321.


Additionally, if you have experienced issues with the quality of candidate responses, such as irrelevant candidates or problems with the database, our team will verify these cases. Refunds will be provided at the rates of ₹50 per call and ₹5 per Database unlock.
