The Website has been created to enable Employers to contact Employees and view their profiles, which detail an Employee's experience. We do not issue any experience certificates to our registered members.
Any profile displaying political or illegal content will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Work for India will take all reasonable precautions to secure the details of Employers and Employees but will not be held liable for unauthorized access to the information provided by any party.
Members warrant that their email and other contact addresses are valid and up to date when using the Website.
Members agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name they have no authority to use.
Members acknowledge that Work for India is not liable for any form of loss or damage that may be incurred through the use of the Website, including loss of data or information, financial loss, or physical damage.
Work for India's privacy policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to the handling of your personal data as outlined in that policy.
The management reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.
These Terms are subject to Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.
We do not cater to Placement Agencies and consultancies. Payments made by Placement Agencies/Consultancies will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Work for India is not responsible if any candidate has committed a crime or engaged in illegal activities at the employer's premises. Background verification of candidates who are or will be hired is the responsibility of the respective recruiter or recruiter's company.
